The research…

The bulk of the research on which my books are based comes from The Washington University School of Medicine, Physical Therapy Program. Specifically I draw from the medical textbook, Diagnosis and Treatment of Movement Impairment Syndromes written by Dr. Shirley Sahrmann (Mosby, 2002).

I have been practicing the information found in this groundbreaking text and have been attending Dr. Sahrmann’s courses for several years now. I’m delighted to report that I have had amazing results after using this information. It has transformed my practice and results so significantly that I have created a series of short easily-digestible guides that anyone can understand and use to fix their pain.
