Joseph Pilates sought to help people connect their minds with their bodies. This is exactly how I use Pilates to both strengthen and fix people. I will help you discover your weaknesses or painful movement habits and then teach you to correct them. This requires as much mental work as physical because these issues have taken on the guise of natural movements. Although my Pilates instruction is quite different than other instructors, you will find it to be a powerful tool in correcting issues causing pain.
